A great classic of craft breweries, we are no exception to the rule with an IPA (abbreviation of India Pale Ale)!
To personalize the recipe, we mixed the Anglo-Saxon know-how and the know-how of Basque breweries by adding hops at the end. An original technique which makes it possible to lighten the bitterness of beer.
Our IPA beer is light, subtly sweet with a very present fruity taste between mandarin, peach and pineapple. These flavors are offset by very fresh herbaceous notes.
Very harmonious, it is a beer that will certainly please occasional drinkers as well as beer lovers !
